What We Do

Practice Areas

From family reunification to global legacy planning, our practice spans the legal needs of immigrant families at every stage.

Family-Based Green Cards

We help achieve family reunification by:

  • Assisting U.S. citizens file petitions for spouses, children, parents, and siblings (I-130)
  • Assisting relatives of U.S. citizens adjust status to permanent residents (I-485)
  • Obtaining waivers for illegal entry, unlawful presence, misrepresentation, fraud, and criminal convictions (I-601A, I-212)
  • K-1 Fiancé Visas

Employment-Based Green Cards

We file immigrant petitions for U.S. employers sponsoring:

  • Extraordinary ability aliens; outstanding professors & researchers; multinational managers & executives (EB-1)
  • Advanced degree professionals and persons of exceptional ability (EB-2)
  • Foreign nurses (RNs) and physical therapists (EB-3)
  • Special immigrant religious workers (EB-4)
  • Immigrant investors (EB-5)
  • National interest waivers

Nonimmigrant Visas

H-1B, B1/B2, F-1, L-1, O & P visa categories for work, study, and travel.

U Visa, T Visa & VAWA

U and T visas are nonimmigrant visas that can lead to a green card if certain conditions are met. Under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), a person may obtain a green card if they are the victim of battery or extreme cruelty committed by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, former spouse, or parent.
