He has served as a legal consultant on antitrust litigation matters for major law firms including Shearman & Sterling, Morrison & Foerster, Cleary Gottlieb, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and Sidley Austin. Under Governor Pataki's administration, he served as a consultant for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; under Mayor Giuliani's administration, he worked in the Early Intervention Unit of the New York City Law Department's Corporation Counsel.
Most of our clients didn't just come to America — they kept a foot in the countries they left. Parents in Lagos. A grandmother's house in Kingston. Land inherited outside Accra. As our immigration practice has grown alongside these families, we've expanded into international estate planning to help protect what matters on both sides of the journey.
